Our Wines
Chablis "La Chapelle" - 2025
The Voice of the Mid-Slope
"La Chapelle" takes its name from a small chapel that once watched over these vines. This lieu-dit occupies the mid-slope, that intermediate zone where the vine finds its perfect balance: high enough for drainage, low enough for soil richness. It's the archetypal Chablis: straight, fresh, mineral, uncompromising. A wine that tells where it comes from with crystal clarity.
"La Forêt" - Organic Chablis 2024
The Foundation
From a 1.06-hectare plot planted with vines over 50 years old, "La Forêt" is my first certified organic cuvée. Its name evokes the wooded edge bordering the vineyard, this living ecosystem in dialogue with the soil. On this Kimmeridgian terroir, Chardonnay plunges its roots into a marine memory 150 million years old. Oyster fossils emerge, scratch the limestone, infusing the wine with that mouth-watering salinity.
Chablis Premier Cru "Beauroy" - 2025
The Elegance of the Great Slope
Beauroy stands on the left bank of the Serein, southeast exposure, gentle slope that catches the rising sun. This historic Chablis Premier Cru draws its elegance from this perfect geometry: the right inclination, natural drainage, Kimmeridgian outcropping everywhere. Here, Chardonnay achieves a precision found only at the top of the slope. Each parcel of Beauroy tells a subtle variation, and mine expresses this tension between power and finesse.
Upcoming Wines
Bourgogne Rouge "Vigne de Bleigny" - 2025
Pinot Noir in Auxerre Territory
Bleigny, a neighboring hamlet of Beine, shelters a few Pinot Noir parcels planted on clay-limestone soils that give the grape its full expression: bright fruit, silky texture, fresh finish. In the Grand Auxerrois, Pinot Noir regains an elegance sometimes lost elsewhere. Here, no excessive concentration: just the truth of the fruit and the honesty of the terroir.
Bourgogne Blanc "La Pidence" - 2026
Chardonnay Beyond the Walls
"La Pidence" ventures outside the Chablis appellation area to explore other expressions of Chardonnay on Beine's lands. Here, the soil changes slightly, limestone dialogues with other clays, and Chardonnay seizes the opportunity to tell another story. This is a Bourgogne that has nothing to envy from more prestigious appellations: it simply bears a different name.
Petit Chablis "Derrière les murs" - 2026
The Pure Expression of the Heights
"Derrière les Murs" occupies the hilltop, where dry stone walls have shaped the landscape for centuries. These upper slopes, often underestimated, produce wines of crystalline freshness, electric tension. Petit Chablis is not a "small" wine: it's simply Chardonnay speaking with the accent of the heights—more aerial, more nervous, more direct.
